Wikipedia states that "Amaya is an upcoming Philippine historical drama, created and developed by Suzette Doctolero, with Marian Rivera in the title-role." Mikael Daez, will be one of the leading men and stars alongside Marian. At least three words that you may not be familiar with are referenced to include Karakoa, Binukot and Animism, which a forgotten friend wrote so eloquently on before.
Release for this series is set for May 30, 2011 so look for many updates in the days ahead. Main cast members are said to include Marian Rivera, Glaiza de Castro, Sid Lucero and Rochell Pangilinan. One source states that a new video trailer or teaser will be released during the Pacquaio - Mosley welterweight fight on May 8th.
